We are seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to manage the front desk operations of our veterinary rehabilitation practice. Key Responsibilities

Client Service Management:
- Supervise the front desk team to ensure positive client experiences.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain and improve client engagement and communication initiatives.

Team Leadership:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new CSRs.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations for the CSR team.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate front desk coverage.

Operations Management:
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Manage patient appointments, records, and communications.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and retail items.

Finance and Administration:
- Reconcile transactions, manage cash handling, and assist with accounts payable.
- Audit invoices and resolve discrepancies with staff and clients.
- Monitor discounts and refunds for compliance with policies.

Marketing and Outreach:
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in community events as needed.
- Ensure the availability and upkeep of client education materials.
Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:
- At least two years of experience in veterinary reception or client service.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and provide constructive feedback.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (required)

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

The team of experienced rehabilitation-certified veterinarians adopts an integrative approach, combining Western and Eastern medicine to create tailored treatment plans that aim to reduce pain, enhance recovery, and improve overall function.
